Hi, does anyone know how to separate late work items from on time ones?
The simulation requires the customer to be charged less if their product is not finished in a certain time, can I do this?

You can set up a queue to have a "Shelf Life", meaning that you are tracking how long the work item has been in the queue. If the work item then waits longer than this, you can use a separate activity to pull it from the queue (using the routing in mode called "Expired Only"). This will allow you to separate the work items.
