I currently have a model of a pub with two services. One where there is just drinkers and one where there are diners. However, 50% of the diners have a drink before actually dining. So I have modelled this with their respective entry points and then bridged the gap using a dummy variable set to increment the label. Then the drinker queue is modelled using labels for the diners then to return to dine.
However, I cannot reduce the amount of time the drinkers are waiting for a drink despite the the number of resources in this case 'bar staff' are added and I am unsure as to why.
Thanks for your help in advance!
